about us

Head Over Heels was established by British Gymnastics’ trained coaches, Kate Humphries and Bev Proctor in February 2007. The club currently has over 850 members and is the largest pre-school gymnastics club in Wales.

At Head over Heels we aim to teach children that movement and activity is fun and enjoyable. This will encourage an interest in all types of sport and lead to healthier, active children and fitter adults.
